2024 was a big year for running in Los Angeles. 26,000 runners took to the streets for the LA Marathon. 320 runners tested their limits at the Victory Relay at the LA Coliseum. And across the city, six Nike Run crews chased goals and built community.
Of course, where you find running, you’ll find Nike. Since 2019, they’ve been trusting The Bench to bring their events to life through seamless operational and ground support that meets the moment, every time.
For instance, last March we partnered with Nike to create a pre-race Shakeout Run for LA Marathon participants. After the race, we also helped runners recuperate by coordinating a Recovery Hub at Blue Ribbon Sports in Santa Monica complete with ice baths, massage chairs and stretch therapists.
June found us providing organizational support for the Cease-and-Desist Relay hosted by the Nike Koreatown Run Club. And for the Victory Relay in August, we embarked on a massive programming effort for Nike that included vendor sourcing, talent management and ground game support.
No matter what the event, our consistent ability to deliver has led to a longstanding partnership with Nike that’s grounded in performance and purpose.
